1. License
Your use of Lumi Bible is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app, you agree to it. Lumi Bible is published by Baptiste Guez.
2. Lumi Bible Premium
Lumi Bible is free to download. Lumi Bible Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited verses, the Words of Jesus and Did you know? categories, all backgrounds and all app icons. The complete Bible stays free.
- Plans. Premium is offered as an annual plan and a shorter plan. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you started one.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial. Free trials are available to eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The app can remind you one day before your trial ends if notifications are on.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account.
3. Content
Bible texts come from the King James Version, Louis Segond 1910 and Reina-Valera 1909, which are in the public domain, and from the Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE), © Diego Santos, Mario Sérgio and Marco Teles, 2018, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Short verses shown in the feed and widgets may be exact excerpts of a longer verse. The app's design, mascot Lumi, illustrations, backgrounds and other original content belong to Lumi Bible.
Lumi Bible is a tool for reading Scripture. It does not replace the guidance of a church, pastor or professional.

5. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
